Throughout the year Team Anstey will be starting numerous beginners groups. The aim of these is over a 10 week period to go from no running at all, to be able to jog a continuous 5km. These sessions usually run from the Anstey library (see map below) at 6:30 on Tuesdays, and are fully supported by run leaders.
