At Team Anstey our aim is to provide a safe motivating environment for your running or walking needs. Our training nights are suited to any abilities so you will find someone to run with you at your pace, starting from walking upwards.
We usually run a C25K course once a year, aimed at complete beginners, people who want to return to running after a period away and for anyone wanting to find a new pastime or way to stay fit and healthy whilst meeting new people.
