Previous years Team Anstey have ran regular couch to 5K groups. The last year saw us cancel our last C25K. We hope to hold a new C25K soon and the details will be posted here. The aim of these is over a 10 week period to go from no running at all, to be able to jog a continuous 5km. These sessions run from the Anstey library (see map below) at 6:00pm on Tuesdays and are fully supported by run leaders.
The beginner sessions will run for 10 to 12 weeks, finishing with with a club parkrun at Braunstone Park Run. There is charge for C25K beginner sessions which will be deducted from your club fees upon joining the club should you want to after the successful completion of your C25K training.
