At Team Anstey, we host a wide range of events for our members including social events, club team events like the Lockdown Relay and VE Day Relay competitions, plus trying out new events like Bootcamp and a Hot Pod yoga session.

Bootcamp
Strengthening our core is very important for runners to help improve performance and reduce injury.
We all enjoyed our Bootcamp session and are looking forward to the next one. |
Hot Pod YogaHotpod yoga is amazing for runners, especially as we begin to increase the miles in preparation for marathons and half marathons.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our session in the pod back in February. |
